Vendor Requirements

• Food vendor must possess a current license, insurance, and permits to operate in the City of Orlando, Florida.

• Vendor is responsible for complying with any applicable State and Federal regulations.

• Failure to pass inspections by the health or fire department resulting in removal from the event will not warrant refunds, and Max Elite will not be liable for any losses incurred.

Event Conditions

• The Event will proceed rain or shine. No refunds will be issued for any reason.

• Vendor must arrive at the event location by 7:00 AM for setup, inspection clearance. The event starts at 12:00 PM.

• Failure to arrive by 9:55 AM will result in the cancellation of the vendor's participation without refunds.

• Vendor is required to remain on the event premises until the conclusion of the event at 10:00 PM, as enforced by venue security and the Orlando Police Department.

Cancellation and Liability

• Max Elite reserves the right to cancel a vendor's participation at any time, with no liability for resulting losses.

• Max Elite is not responsible if a vendor's profits fail to meet expectations.

Equipment and Conduct

• Vendor must provide their own equipment:

• Water, Tables, Chairs, Tents, Decorations, Banners, Electricity

• Max Elite is not responsible for supplying Vendor of said equipment.

• Vendor must conduct themselves in a family-friendly manner.

• Vendor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and disposing of trash properly.

• Vendor is required to have a trash can near their area.

• Event cleaning staff will replace trash bags throughout the event as needed.

• Vendor must provide hand sanitizer and napkins to customers. Use of plastic bags, styrofoam, or plastic straws is prohibited.

• Only paper straws are allowed.

• Vendor’s tent(s) must be weighted.

• Tent staking is prohibited in the streets.

Insurance and Documentation

• Vendor must provide Max Elite with an insurance certificate within 5 days of signing, naming Max

• Elite Productions and the City of Orlando as additional insured.

• Vendor without a Certificate of Insurance (COI) on file will be barred from participating.

Additional Provisions

• Vendor is encouraged to display flags on their tent representing the cuisine's country of origin.

• Vendor is prohibited to bring any music to event.

• TV is permitted.

• Alcohol sales are prohibited without prior authorization from Max Elite. Vendor may conduct promotions during the event.

• Passing out flyers, gift cards, business discount cards, t-shirts, or any additional promotional material from their business

Changes and Payments

• Max Elite reserves the right to change the venue or date of the event, with notice provided to vendor.

• Vendor space reservation requires full payment which must be received and cleared prior to the event.

• Failure to make full payment will result in the vendor's exclusion from the event. Vendor will be denied access to the event premises and will not be permitted to participate. NO EXCEPTIONS.
